How to Make a Reservation

Reservation Office hours are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day through Labor Day or 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, for the rest of the year. We are in the same time zone as Louisville, Kentucky (EST/EDT).

Things to have when you call

  • preferred date
  • alternate date
  • activities desired
  • approximate number of people
  • deposit by credit card or mail

Waiver and Releases

  • All participants must have signed waivers on arrival.
  • Participants under 18 years of age must have applicable forms signed in advance by parent or legal guardian.
  • An original set or waivers is sent to you with your confirmation letter.

Schedules

Group leaders should check in at the Marengo Cave Gift Shop upon arrival. Pay your balance at this time and get your schedule. Groups arriving after 5pm will have a schedule posted in the bunkhouse or camping cabin.

  • large, heavy-duty trash bags for muddy clothes
